1. INTRODUCTION
The Michigan Osteopathic Association’s (MOA) Social Media/Network Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is intended to help enhance communication and engagement with our members, the media and the public by preventing unacceptable use. All users of MOA’s social media services, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and LinkedIn (the “Services”) must comply with this AUP. Use of the Services constitutes agreement to comply.
We support the free flow of information and ideas over the Internet and do not actively monitor use of the Services under normal circumstances, nor de we typically exercise editorial control over content posted by users to our social media services. However, we may, with or without prior notice, monitor use, or remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate this AUP. MOA may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. Your violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
2. VIOLATIONS OF MOA’S ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

g. Unauthorized access. Unless previously authorized by the MOA Manager of Communications, employees may not use the MOA name or logo to endorse or promote any product, commercial enterprise, opinion, cause, or political candidate. Employees are not permitted to discuss MOA business or organization matters when posting or blogging on the Internet, unless expressly authorized by the Manager of Communications. If you identify yourself as an MOA employee, you must write in the first person and make clear that you are speaking for yourself and not on behalf of MOA.
